Sitting for a long time doesn't make your butt flabby, flat, or smaller at all. Also riding a bike is really good for your butt. Especially if you aren't sitting on the seat when you are riding it, but standing up. I know because I just went on a bike ride and the next day my legs and butt were sore.

Lol, sitting on your butt burns no calouries, so it'll make it flabbier. And, can make it squarish, as well, no offence to anyone, but I saw a rather large woman the other day, and it was quite obvious she sat alot, her but had kind of molded into an angle rahter than a normal rounded shape because of sitting. As for Bicycle riding, of course it helps the butt area. An exercise will; but bicycling and running are two easy to do exercises that are great for the lower body, meaning, waist down.

Sitting on your butt all the time like for a job will get wider if you do not exercise. about the bike i do not see how it can help you butt.

Sitting on your but makes it expand and become wider.
Bicycle riding is mainly focused on lower body, you get stronger calves and thighs. Upper body strength comes from lugging it around. Mountain bikers often carry their bikes uphill, which is what makes their butts smaller.
But it really depends on genetics.

Yes , it depends what you are sitting on.
Ridind a bike, among other things ,may help tone the muscles
around that area, and other strategic places too!!
