Well-intentioned bible students might point to this Scripture and infer that Jesus' eyes are red. However, this Scripture refers to the man and tribe Judah, and not to Jesus specifically.
(Genesis 49:10-12) The scepter will not turn aside from Judah... Dark red are his eyes from wine

Since Jesus was a Semite, his eyes were almost certainly brown.

I'm not a Jehovah Witness but here's the closest thing the Bible comes to saying about Jesus' eyes, as far as I know.

"The scepter will not depart from Judah,
nor the ruler's staff from between his feet,
until he comes to whom it belongs
and the obedience of the nations is his.

He will tether his donkey to a vine,
his colt to the choicest branch;
he will wash his garments in wine,
his robes in the blood of grapes.

His eyes will be darker than wine,
his teeth whiter than milk."
~Genesis 49:9-12

I would assume Jesus is who is being refered to since he's the one the ruler's sceptor belongs to and he is a decendant of Judah.

Well, he was arabic, and I don't think they had any nordic blood mixed in there at the time, so I'm gonna have to say brown. I'm not a jehovah's witness though so how would I know?

Exscuse me? What a stupid question. What's your religion say? Even though he was from the MIDDLE EAST I'm sure your religion says blue.

Well, even us JW's don't know for sure (no one knows for certain, as none of us were there) but as he was Jewish, I would imagine he was brown eyed.
