how do i get a girlfriend? What are the steps in doing so? And when is the best time to ask a girl?

Should i act my normal self and say whats on my mind no matter what happens in me asking her out?

There are no certain steps. Just be yourself and act casual. If you like someone, the first step is just talking to them. Get to know a person and let them get to know you. When you feel like the time is right, then you can ask them out.

you just need to get to know the girl and then you will find when its the right time to ask them out.
