Who here buys their lunch? Who makes it? If you buy, do you find making lunch to be too much trouble? If you make it, do you do it to save money? Curious.

brown bag it and put your lunch money aside for the month and treat yourself to something at the end of the month :)

I bring lunch. It is cheaper and I eat healthier. Most of the food close to office buildings is fast food or sometimes expensive. So, I bring good eats with me and save money. It does take extra time, but if I cook a little extra the night before for dinner and bring the left overs it really is not that much time out of my day.

It doesn't take that long to through together a nice lunch. Stock on veggies and fruit. You can save a lot of money by making your own. I usually eat out on Fridays though. Watch the cheap fast food joints. The food is cheap but loaded with cholesterol, salt and sugar.

I take left-overs from the night before if I cooked a big meal. If I ate light for supper, I buy my lunch the next day. It is definately a $$ saver to brown bag it.

At school, I usually buy lunch because it saves time in the morning. The food at my school isn't all that bad, and all the chips and Cheetos they sell are baked instead of fried. They aren't allowed to sell soda anymore, either. If you bring your own lunch, usually you don't get much of a variety. However, you can bring fried chips and soda that way.

I buy lunch. But the lunch at my school isn't that healthy, so I guess brown-bagging your own food is healthier and better.

I do a little bit of both.

I find that if I pack my lunch everyday, it gets boring and sometimes, you just get cravings for junk food... you know? haha

I think it may save money, but not necessarily time. Also, it's ususually healthier.

My organization provides you some variety of "lunch" by a catering organization. yet on some days, if I see that the "lunch" appears like it needs to eat me as a substitute of being eaten, i bypass out 35km for some thing a lot less threatening. ^_^

How much money do you have? If you need to think about that then you should brown bag it!
