I don't see any reason why not. I've thought of doing the same, because I *might* only have 2 bridesmaids at my wedding at all. There are others who *could* be, but I really only want the ones I'm truly close to. But anyhow, because of that, I thought it would be tacky to have one "maid of honor" and then just one other person who kinda "gets the shaft." So why not just make them co-maids of honor? Same thing would apply if you just CAN'T decide who it should be. Let them share. If they're mature adults, they should understand that. ^__^

I don't see why not. Or have all bridesmaids, so that no one feels left out. Whatever you decide, it's your day, I'm sure your friends will understand and work with you. I just got married, and I have 2 best friends, but it was a bit easier, cause one of them is a guy (although he did offer to wear a dress if I would let him be my maid of honor, lol).

Of course, it is all up to you. You could always have a Maid of Honor and an Honorary Maid of Honor. Congratulations!

Of course its your big day and you can have it the way you want it. I'm getting married in Sept. and my fiance has 3 maids of honor so your not the only one out there. Just make it different and something to remember it by. Congrats!!

Yes~ you can have as many attendents as you desire. It is also up to you if all the "girls" wear the same dress, color etc.
I had all my attendents(6 bridesmaids) wear the same style tea length dress- but, the "Matron or Honor" was slightly different (she was pregnant), "Maid of Honor" was a different color, "Jr.Brides Maid" and "Flowergirl" wore same color and style with waist sash to match color of Maid of Honor.
