Yes mormons beleive in The godhead not the trinity
The Bible says that followers of Christ should be one just as God and Christ are one (see the words of Christ in John 17:20-22). Does that mean that Christians are to merge into just one substance? No. Likewise, when the Bible goes so far as to say that a husband and a wife should be ONE flesh, the words are explicit but the meaning is figurative. so is it so off the wall for us to concider the same meaning? We worship only one God "Heavenly Father" As Paul put it, there are gods many, but to us there is but one God (1 Cor. 8:5) King James Version
