Doesn't even sound like a prayer to me...sounds more like someone is using God's name to justify the murder of people. Sorry...don't believe that humans as a whole (we are all humans, right?) have the right to "slaughter" other humans. I would recommend praying something like "Please let there be peace, happiness and good health for my family and friends".
