Crock Pot Chicken and Dumplings
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut in small chunks
2 cans condensed cream of chicken soup
1/4 cup onion, finely diced
2 cups water
1 chicken bouillon cube
2 10 oz packages refrigerated biscuits
Combine all ingredients, except biscuits, in a crock pot. Cover and cook on low for 5 to 6 hours. 40 minutes before serving turn crock pot on high. Tear or cut biscuit dough into 1-inch pieces. Add to your crock pot; stirring gently. Cover and cook on HIGH for an additional 30 minutes or until biscuits are fluffed up and cooked through.

Not crockpot, but quick anyways.
Buy a precooked rotisserie chicken, can of carrots, roll of biscuit dough, celery, Chicken broth, stuff like that. heat broth to boiling, while cutting celery, add carrots, cut up chicken meat and cut biscuits into 1/4 each, let it cook for like 10 minutes, and quick and easy chicken dumplings are done. 15-20 minutes tops!

Were on the go alot so I'm always cheatin on cooking and I have the most picky husband! I found in the frozen food dept. they have roast cooked in its own juices, individuley packed you open throw in mirowave, I thaw it and put in slow cooker,( he thinks its been cooking.) I also have a George Foremen grill, boneless chicken peices or boneless pork chops or even thin steaks thaw quickly, season and grill , pasta are quick sides or salads or veggies. good luck.

ON TEH WEEKENDS PRE COOK UR MEAT AND AT NIGHT PUT IN TEH FRIDGE NIGHT B4 U WANT IT THEN WHEN U GET HOME ADD SOME FRESH OR CANNED VEGGIES AND SOME SEASONINGS OR SAUCE THEN U CAN HAVE A QUICK MEAL.
