if your a woman thats been pregnant i dont know.

but if you just have a gut, then i have heard that a simple solution to eliminate the belly is "running" Crunches and situps will only "tighten" your abdominal muscles.
When people ask me,"how did you lose all that weight? i just tell them, " I ran my *** off!" literately!

Heres what i did:

Change your eating habits.
-DOnt eat late at night. have a cut off point, like 3 hrs bfore bedtime.
-Have a good Breakfast. (Its helps, really!)
-Drink at LEAST 6 -8oz or cups of water.
-Dont over eat. (Its better to eat multiple small meals a day, than few BIG meals. This will speed up your metabolism and will also help shrink your belly becuase you havent stuffed it like usual)
-Balance your foods (eat fruits, veggies, meats, dairys, (not too much) wheats,pastas, and breads.) keyword BALANCE

And Exercise:
-Eating right will help you lose weight and help you get healthy, but it will be a slow process. If you want to see results in a good 2 or 3 months then you must Exercise at LEAST 5-6 times a week.
-Do mostly Aerobic exersice that will burn a lot of calories (step master, treadmill, jogging etc)
-Exercise will not only speed up the weight loss effects but will also TONE up your body. And trust me, that too is important!
-light weightlifting will help the toning.

So far i have mentioned Eating Right and Exercising Daily.

Althought those two are very important,nothing is more important than making the commitment itself.
Make a desicion to lose weight. Make a contract with yourself. Be honest to yourself. remember too, Keep it up, don't give in to temptation, and if you do, Get right back on track.

PS. and also, its that simple. thats all you have to do. There is no pill that will magicaly make your gut disappear, No drinks can tone you up. No surgery can make you naturally healthy. Dont give in to all those slimfast crap and subwaysandwiches. ITs not a mystery. No pain, No gain. Old cliche, i kno, but its true!

My opinion would be go on a low-fat diet, do a lot of push ups, crunches, and curl-ups. Also, you can ask your doctor for some ways to loose some extra weight! You could even go a local Gym where you live and work-out, you would loose a lot of weight and have fun doing it!! If you get lonely then ask your friends and family to do it with you, everyone should try to loose weight!!

No, you have to do some cardio to burn the fat too, such as walking, running, swimming, etc. Anything that gets the heart pumping! At least 30 minutes per day. Make sure you're not just doing the straight up and down crunches. There are specific exercises to target certain ab muscles. I suggest hiring a personal to show you proper form and technique.

There are three main ways to lose weight quickly.

1) Use only water as liquid and eliminate all other liquid drinks from your diet. You must drink as much water as possible every day. You must drink about half of your weight. If you have weight of 200 pounds then you must drink about 100 oz of water.

well the best option is to start joggin and running and then you can tone it with crunchs because you need to loose the excess wait first,and then you can do sit ups because if you do just sit ups you will have a rock abs but it will be under a keg you get it :P

Here are some changes that you can incorporate into your life now that will take some weight off, and more importantly keep it off.

Drink more water
Don't drink any soda, even diet soda has a lot of sodium [salt] which will keep water in your body.
Eat more fruits and veggies, less processed food and fatty meat.

Not all fruits are equal. Some fruits are high in carbohydrates and they will not help you to lose weight.

If you've had babies and lost weight but still have that extra skin hanging then I think you best option is a tummy tuck. Ouch!
