2 (8-ounce) cans tomato sauce
1 1/3 cup cider vinegar
1/2 cup brown sugar
4 tablespoons peanut oil
2 tablespoons prepared mustard
2 teaspoons chili powder
2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoons black pepper
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 teaspoons (or more) hot sauce
In a saucepan mix all ingredients for sauce. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until thickened, about 10 minutes.

Start with about a half bottle of ketchup. Add a little brown sugar, 1 tablespoon or so of vinegar (I use cider vinegar), 1 to 2 tablespoons of honey and part of a can of coca cola.
You will have to adjust according to your taste.
I put mine in a double boiler and heat for about 30 minutes.

1 fresh red chile pepper, finely chopped
1/4 cup dark brown sugar
1 teaspoon fennel seed, crushed
1 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons dark soy sauce
salt and pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS:
Heat the oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir in the onion, garlic, red chile pepper, brown sugar, and fennel seeds, and cook until onion is tender and sugar has melted. Mix in ketchup and soy sauce. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low, and simmer 10 minutes.

MIX THE LIL BIT U OF SAUCE U HAVE LEFT W KETCHUP AND BROWN SUGAR AND SOME BEER A LIL SALT N PEPPER N IT WILL BE JUST FINE. IMPROVISE U CAN ALWAYS TRY HONEY N MUSTARD OR SUGAR AND KETCHUP OR APPLE CIDER AND KETCHUP OR TOMATOE SAUCE CANS PRETTY MUCH VERSATILE.

Get your favorite kind of BBQ sause from the store. put mustard and honey in it (however much you like) and then put half a bottle of bud light in it and stirr it together. The alcohol will burn out when the meat cooks but will leave the flavor so don't worry. It is great!!!
