Well, first off, we do not get in by works, nor good deeds. But by accepting Jesus as Lord of Our lifes and living for Him. The word Christian means: Christ Like. You know the ol' WWJD? well that should not be a fad but a true lifestyle! God loves all and He sent His Son to die for all, Jesus took upon Himself all sickness and sin, He went to Hell and beat up Satan and rose again and went to God. He did this so we would not have to! So you will be judge on how you lived your life but the "Only way to the Father is through Jesus", not no idle, or work or any one else.

Rev 20:11 And I saw a great white throne, and him that sat on it, from whose face the earth and the heaven fled away; and there was found no place for them.
Rev 20:12 And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works.
Rev 20:13 And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and hell delivered up the dead which were in them: and they were judged every man according to their works.
Rev 20:14 And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death.
Rev 20:15 And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire.

Psalms 37 state that the meek will posses the earth. God intended for men to live on the earth not in heaven. I don't think there is a gate.

We will be judged according to a thoughts, words, and deeds. We will be judged on what we know, what we were capable of or not, how old we were before we died and if we were too young to fully understand right from wrong. All sins repented of will be forgotten and not counted.

But above all, we will be judged according to the measure of our hearts.

a guess:

We will judge ourselves, using that persistant little voice in our head. It might feel like insomnia.

We will contemplate our actions made using this incredible gift we received called human life. An automatic response, we will almost invariably feel like we squandered it.

And we will wish that someone could forgive us that guilt and be with us when we're feeling doubtful. Someone qualified. Whenever, wherever, for ever.

If you can feel Him here, then you can feel Him there.

good intentions, everyone.

Jesus said in John 3:3-5John 3:3-5

3 Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.

4 Nicodemus saith unto him, How can a man be born when he is old? can he enter the second time into his mother's womb, and be born?

5 Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.

There is your answer. You must be born again of the water(baptism) and of the spirit(HolyGhost infilling)

If you are saved you will be judged on your works and that will determine how great your reward will be. If you are lost you will be judged on your sin and you WILL be found guilty.

I have read that he is the gate, and will accept your surrender, and grant you entry. Entry via ressurection. And then to glory, or shame.
