Absolutely! This actually happens quite a bit. Sometimes women who are trying to concieve will actually "wish" themselves into having the symptoms. Or vise versa, women who are so terrified that they maybe pregnant that they too will feel as though they are. The brain is a very powerful thing and since it controls your entire body these kinds of worries can most definitely cause symptoms. It's the same way with a hypochondriac. They think they are sick so much that they become sick. Hope this helps.

YES! When you're pregnant, you need to RELAX!! Getting yourself worked up NOT pregnant, is bad. Getting yourself worked up while you're pregnant is even worse. I had a pretty stressful pregnancy, and If I had the chance to do it over, I wouldn't have stressed as much as I did. I ruined my relationship with the father, and am still trying to make things right a year later. Trust me when I say LET IT GO. Relax, and your baby will have a happy beginning in your womb. Life will be hard enough for the helpless little thing!

definitely, dogs can have entire false pregnancies and even produce milk and go into labor. If you are thinking of the symptoms and such all the time it can happen, I think I did that to myself one time. You're worried about sore breasts, and then as soon as you start feeling them you think oh no they are a tiny bit tender and on and on. BUT right before your period, the symptoms are kinda similar, sore breasts, bloating, food cravings and other stuff like that, that is related to pregnancy, so then you end up worrying for nothing! just have safe sex,a nd you should be fine! :)

Absolutely. There are examples of people thinking they are pregnant and fooling everyone clear up to delievery! If you think you are pregnant, take a test. Pre-natal care is VERY important. If you are young and don't want your parents to know, there are worse things. In any case, if the test is negative, that could relieve some stress and you'd find yourself not sick. If the sickness continues after a neg test, see a Dr.

yes. it can happen. it's all got to do with the brain. like when ur on drugs it makes u think and feel all kinds of things its not really much of the drug that does it its more of the person thinking about it so much that makes it work. cause drugs dont work on some ppl. and as for pregnancy is kinda a drug. if u think about it enought and worry about it enought u can get the syptoms. i have known other ppl to have that problem.

I saw an episode of CSI, where a girl wanted to have her father's baby so badly. They never had sex, but the girl started having pregnancy symptoms. I definitly think that you can psychologically almost "talk" your body into anything.

Yes! I've done it to myself, it didn't help that I've had children and knew what the symptoms were, so I was even more sensitive to what to watch for.
