we're going over names for this precious baby boy. It's so confusing.......
If you were expecting a baby boy soon, what do you think you would name him (he's American)
Thanks.

My daughter and son in law will become first time parents next Jan.hopefully on my b/d. And my son and his wife are expecting soon. These two babies will be # 15 and 16 grand babies for me.So I have a tad bit of experience! I decided long ago, naming and up bringing of the babies should be left up to the parents.deep down I secretly hope for this or that name but would never say anything to my child. That is for the joy of the new parent.I have 5 sons and 2 daughters,I named each of them the first time I held them.I figure I was the one that carried them 9 months,I was the one that went through the birthing pains.I should have the right to give them their name! Believe when one of my son's wife named their son "Oscar" I nearly fainted but that was their decision not mine

Ya know..I'm drawing a blank here...I know a lot of people are going with strange names or different spellings of the classics... I had 2 girls...I don't think I ever picked out boy names...How about
Cameron, Luke??

always liked the names issiah and issacc, sounds sophisticated, dillan is a cute name and hunter is a grown yet feisty name...good luck with the baby...when he is older get him a puppy and watch him struggle to pick out a name for his "baby" and then walk along the river, park, beach and tell him these stories of how he was named....

1. Daniel

What we need is more 'simple' names for our children these are a few of my favorites :-) and of course my sons name is first.
