If price doesn't matter, I would say either Oceania or Crystal. Both are fabulous cruises and they are wonderful. Here would be my order of preferance:

1). Crystal
2). Oceania
3). Princess
4). Disney
5). Holland America
6). Royal Caribbean
7). Norweigan
8). Carnival

Celebrity is also pretty good, I would throw that somewhere in the middle. Oceania and Crystal are great and the best if you are wanting a bigger cruise line and not if you wanting a more intimate, small cruise. Windjammer is one example of a small cruise line, but there are several out there that are really good.

There are a lot of cruise lines that are great. If you are wanting fewer kids, you should definitely stay away from Carnival, and probably Disney, possibly Royal Caribbean. While kids are going to be onboard, they are kept busy in the kids clubs, so you won't see them too often. Because of the time of year you are going, there will be fewer kids. The one thing to remember is that the more the ship is for adults, the higher the price goes. For example, Cunard, Crystal, Oceania, etc. are all great for an "adult's only" atmosphere, but they have some of the most expensive cruises. Also, most lines that are less popular with families, also tend to have an older average age, usually 50 or 60. So if you are wanting more people your age, something like Carnival or Royal Caribbean may your best choice.

Finally, I would recommend contacting a travel agent. You are going to get tons of information and help with a travel agent and it will make the planning a lot easier. This is also a great site: http://www.cruisecritic.com tons of information on different ports, ships, etc.

Hope this helps!

Princess Cruises. They offer very nice and elegant ships, there aren't as many children running around and was once in the T.V. series named 'The Loved Boat'. It's probably the best large cruise line for couples. If you want more luxury, on smaller ships, I would recommend Seabourn Cruises. They have a fleet of luxury yachts to many places in the world. I believe these cruises are more expensive, though. I've been on the Emerald Princess before, and it's really good. They offer a wide range of entertainment and activities. If you're thinking of a Caribbean Cruise, you should pick an itinerary that stops at Princess Cays, in the Bahamas. Princess Cays is a part of an island owned by Princess Cruises, and has white sand beaches, palm trees, and white sand beaches. You could rent one of their multi-coloured bungalows by the beach for a day, which is perfect for a couple on a honeymoon, or any vacation! Have fun!

Cunard, Holland America, Celebrity, Crystal and Oceania. None of these cater for children. They certainly don't stop children from sailing with them but they don't offer them a great deal so families tend not to go with them. I am unsure if any of these sail in Mexico though. Contact your nearest travel agent and they will be able to look up all the itineraries and get the best prices for you.

I've been on Holland America, and I'm 13 yrs old the time I went there. To tell you the truth, the whole ship has less than 10 kids (including me) and I enjoyed my trip very much :)
Don't take Carnival... it's overloaded with children!

The smaller the boat, the fewer the activities for children. Keep that in mind.

Cunard. Few kids... also, don't go on a holiday - that's when there are the most kids (and summer).
