when I say pulling out, I don't mean accidentally leaving the condom inside or anything like that. If you use a condom (properly of course) and pull out before the guy comes or close to that point, would you believe that it could be a little bit more safer than using a condom along?

yeah, that's what I told my cousin to do. There still is the risk of the condom breaking before though and men release a amall amount of pre-ejaculatory fluid while they are having sex and that usually can contain a small amount of sperm.

What are you attempting to prevent? AIDS, pregnancy??? With pregnancy using an condom PROPERLY and a spermicide is very effective but not 100%. As for STD's, you run the risk of removing the condom pulling out at the moment of climax. I would suggest talking with your physican about all the risks involved.

Pulling out is honestly on about 62% effective, women can get pregnant from pre *** and even condoms aren't 100% they can break, but if you are so worried maybe using both at the same time isnt a bad idea!
But don't come crying to us if you get pregnant! That is the consequence from having sex!

If you just use the condom, there is no reason to have to pull out...besides, you run the risk of the condom coming off, and sperm spilling out...better off to finish, and hold the condom on when pulling out
