Yes!!!! I don't "lend" people my ciggs anymore. Here's what I do; when someone asks me for a smoke, I say, "I'm sorry I only have a few left and these have to last me till tomorrow." They just tell me that's fine and bum from someone else.

Yes I used to get extremely annoyed, although I dont mind the ones that at least try to pay you or something. You get to a point where you either quit or tell them you have none left.

People bum off of me at work and at home. The cigs cost too much to just give them away all the time. I hate it.

I also think it sux big time that smoking ain't allowed in bars anymore! At least in NY, this gives jerks the excuse to not buy cig's but come outside & beg from me!

The messed up thing is that most of the time they have their own pack and rather smoke ours.

it doesn't bother me most of the time. in fact I kind of see it as a favor along the lines of someone jumping in front of a bullet for me.. one less for me to smoke.
