If you go to the link below you will find step by step how to debone a chicken. It is very important to have a very sharp knife to do this with or it will quickly turn into a wresting match.

When I debone chicken I separate into 3 categories... bones go in the garbage, the meat goes into a bowl, and the remaining "stuff" (cartilage, fat, etc) goes to the dog. You might be *really* disgusted the first time you do it, but it saves a lot of money and if you stew the chicken you also get a lot of good chicken stock that can easily be frozen to use later.

well there are 2 options:

1) if you want the bones untouched you can leave the chicken in a living bacteria and fungi environment for some time (the more the bacteria, the less it will take them to eat the meat and leave the bones as they are)

2) if you want the meat (the flesh), you can put the chicken in a chamber where heavy gamma-ray beams of energy are radiated so that the bones will collapse under their own mass and disappear (like in a black hole in the universe...). In that way you will have the meat untouched.
Unfortunately for you, I live on the Altair/ 53 Aql /HD187642
star and my spaceship needs fixing so i cannot lend you my gamma-ray-chicken-debone-matic radiator :-/

Don't know what you're using it for, but it's gonna be really easy if you put it in a crock pot and let it sit for about 6 or 8 hours, cause then the meat will just fall off the bone.

lay it down and cut it through the middle.. there you can take out most of the bones...

its not like a fish where you can cut it in half and take out the bones w/ one try...

chikens are more complicated..
