Think about this. When the cat is looking for affection, isn't it really giving the same to you? They are absolutely wonderful animals. Every living thing needs affection.

Because cats, like humans, need affection to survive. Studies on both humans and cats and other animals have shown that being deprived of contact can cause dpression and even suicidal tendencies.

Some do, some don't. Each cat is different. I've had cats that loved to just sit in my lap as long as I would let them. Other cats I've had dropped by for a quick petting and curled up in their bed.

no offense to the cat lovers because they are all right but they are boring(depends if u have a fat lazy one)and they dont have anything better to do but to bug u or lay up on the couch all day
