We had the same problem with our 3 year old daughter. We tried everything.. Finally one day we just took the diapers away completely. She had panties on all day long and if she wet them, she got disciplined. Took about two days and 3 loads of laundry later, but she was tired of being punished and gave in. She is now completly trained, even at night.

I used a treat when my grandson was potty training. use underwear not pull-ups & give a treat to "boys who make bubbles". he will come running to show mama the bubbles he made from peeing in the pot . I have heard throw cheerios in the water & let the boy try to hit the center.

Just don't put up with it. Also, let him get embarassed infront of his friends. He's well old enough to be fully potty trained.

First understand boys potty train later than girls & second, have a man he loves, likes, respects show him...Little boys like to copy & feel like a big boy...

You need to take him to a nice day-care that can teach him how to potty train them selves. Or you can show your child.

I agree with making it a pleasant experience, not something he has to feel sorry or afraid of. Make it a game and don´t pressure him to much or it will make it worse. Also, if he sees his brothers or father doing it he will copy and learn.
You must not get desperate as he will feel it and get negative about it.
It may take a while, but you will laugh about it in the future!!
Good luck!
