Fillet Mignon....cut up into strips and sauteed lightly, they cook fast this way....and a salad on the side. It is a sensory WOW! to the palate and in keeping with the weather it is dead sound.
You can do this with Tofu and Tamari as well and cannot if cooked properly tell the difference between them I love a meal you can cook in ten minutes from start to finish that it totally satisfying.
I always get the makings for this at my market and it si so very inexpensive...oh so satisfying. A meal for two will fun about $7.00 and THATis not bad! Bon Appetit!

Roast Pork on a Grill cooked my way. Great for Hor Roast Pork Sandwiches with Gravy. Left overs from it used in Pork Fried Rice, again the way I prepare it.

I like lychee and honeydew shakes with tapioca beads on the bottom, they are available at Asian food marketplaces and chinese/japanese restaurants. Lychee is a fruit and honeydew and lychee go well together when blended with ice and poured over tapioca beads, which are not like tapioca pudding beads at all. They are like large peas and are a very dark purplish-black color, like a very ripe plum, and they are soft and slightly gummy, like a well cooked piece of rice, and they taste great with the drink. That must be my all-time favorite food.

My absolute favorite food would be pizza, buffalo wings, french fries, and cheesy garlic bread. I could always get these foods from my favorite pizza place Pizza Valley here in my home town.
