Yes, all mammals have bellybuttons. Because of their fur and shorter gestation period, they're harder to see/find/catch sight of, but they're still there. Also, if you have ever seen a dog giving birth (in real life, or on TV), you'll notice that they DO have umbilical cords, and therefore DO have bellybuttons.

Dogs don't have bellybuttons like we do. They have little circles and, like the person above me already said, they scab up and just look like little moles or something like that. Look under the rib cage in the middle of the abdomen, and you'll see one (unless your dog is hairy!)

belly button is the after-effect of an umbilical cord, and puppies have umbilical cords,, so yes they have a bellybutton, but its hardly detectable. and dosent look like ours/

Yes they are mammals -- although they are much smaller and hard to find than ours b/c female dogs have much shorter gestation period.

YES THEY DO BECAUSE IT WAS WHERE THE AMBILICAL CORD WAS ATTACHED AT BEFORE THEY WERE BORN AND IT IS WHERE THEY GOT THEIR OXYGEN FROM THEIR MOTHERS. THE BELLY BUTTON IS NOW JUST A SPOT ON THEIR STOMACHS THAT LOOKS LIKE A SCAB OR SOMETHING. IT ISNT LIKE OURS AND OPENED UP OR POKING OUT.
