How does the Hearse driver acquire a corpse?Better check.

I think that is a very interesting question, and I think the answer would be yes, considering the statements above the car pool lane was not specific as to dead or alive, however, I think it would be difficult to justify this to a cop, but then again, would a cop pull over a hearse? Pretty brave cop to do so, I would say.

I think this would best be researched per state, or contacting the local law enforcement agency/DPS office.

Yes, so long as there is another body(dead or alive) with them in the car. They might get pulled over, but when the police officer sees the coffin, he can count that as another body, and therefore the hearst driver CAN be in the carpool lane.

yes, of couse can, bcoz there is another driver n some assistants who are alive. They are human too!!! Or else, your guys can see corpse who drive the hearse??? If yes, then let me know! Thanks!

The answer is...it varies by state.

They can in most states, but not CA, OR, RI, MA and VT

I'm not sure about NY, NJ or NE.
