I am small 5'2"... and can't understand why the world has been built for tall people, we all start off small (as kids) and then when we get old we shrink too!
Since the population is ageing and soon there will be more retired people than workers (therefore more small people) surely we should start modifying our world!!!!

I believe the world is built for average height people, not tall people and certainly not short people. Tall people have many inconveniences when it comes to the world like doors that are too short and cars that are too small.

the world is not built for tall people, It is designed for the average height of a human being. Well this country is anyway. Go to china and things are shorter there. My wife is 5' 1 1/2" and she counts the 1/2 inch. She asks me constantly to get stuff down for her or put stuff away. peopel adapt to there surroundings all the time.

If the world was made for shorter people ; (1) taller people would hit our heads alot on things, (2) shorter people would have no reason to ask a taller person for help, thus making us tall guys feel useless and (3) because there are more tall people in the world...

It is built for "normal" people who are of "average" height. Adults usually see nothing worth anything in children. I have the same peoblem as you, except that I am extremely tall, so understand that the world cannot be built for you alone or people like me wouldn't even be able to walk through a door.

It depends on what you mean by tall. I'm 5'1" so I can relate to your angst. The only time I struggle with anything is the top shelves of grocery stores. And then I usually commence to climbing up my cart or the shelves themselves.

They also need to start accomodating for tall ppl! Look at all the short stuff around you! There is nothing tall!

That's a good question. I'm 5'0" and stopped growing in the 8th grade. I am sick and tired of having to climb the shelves to reach the top at the grocery store!

I loved those little mini houses they have at Disney

i think soon the wold will be made for short people becaus there are more short kids then tall people and more old dudes then tall people

Adam was like 6 foot, GOD create tall ppl, small ppl are sin's.
So follow GOD's lead i think Cristians should start new doctrine. take the short ppl out.

but Hey, God was sitting far away nfrom earth and he did not want to breake his eyes watching little ppl so he made them big. remember there were no eye doctors before GOD so he did a smart think to preserve his vision.
