Well....everyone knows the goodness of fruit n veg and the health benefits of them, so, you really should try to eat more of it. They can help allsorts of problems, helps digestion, needed for emptying the bowels and keeping them healthy, can help to decrease chances of getting cancer, all the goodness helps keep the skin and hair in good condition, the list goes on. If you really dont want to eat fruit n veg for some reason or just dont like them you could get supplements or make fruit smoothies, even drinking pure fruit juice counts as one of the five portions per day that we are meant to intake. Hope this helps a little.

You may be short on certain vitamins and may not be getting your fiber. Fiber helps your digestive system by assisting in absorption of vitamins and minerals, so a bunch of carrot sticks is a perfect mix of healthy fiber and essential nutrients. Not getting your RDA (recommended daily value) could cause brittle bones, poor eyesight, blood that has trouble clotting, and even skin problems. A diet consisting of mostly processed food can also slow your metabolism, making losing weight harder and your brain feeling sluggish, but it can be reversed easily.
Taking a balanced multivitamin is good for anyone, even those eating a fairly good amount of veggies. Fiber can be found in lots of breads and could also be supplemented in pill or powder form. This isn't the best way to get fiber, but if you get nauseous thinking about broccoli then it may be right for you. Eating a very healthy breakfast is a good way to get most of the nutrients you need. Yogurt is high in protein, topping it with fruit (like fresh strawberries, bananas, or berries) could be a sweet addition of fiber and vitamins. You could sweeten the yogurt by adding sugar, but its not recommended.

It's not that great for you but I am 28 yrs old and have never eaten vegetables and hardly eat fruit and i am ok so far.
My skin is quite clear and I don't feel unhealthy.
I would only worry if you start to feel unwell and then, take multivitamins to feel better and if that doesnt work, see a doctor to be on the safe side.

Your body depends on the nutrients that come from fruits and veggies. Without them you will probably always feel tired. If you just refuse to eat them, at least get yourself some daily vitamins. My wife is worse than are kids at eating vegetables so I make her take those one a day pills.

I'm sure you've read about the long term affects of unbalanced diet including weight gain, higher rates of cancer, cholestrol and heart diseases...
There could be short term affects that you could notice like irregularity (of #2), weight gain. For some people, lack of V's and F's also affect immune system, energy level and complexion. The worst could be the low self esteem that is often related to weight gain.

Personally, eating veggies and fruit make me feel better. It motivates me to eat healthier overall and exercise more.

If you just don't like the taste of veggies, try different ethnic foods that prepare them different than what you're used to.

I do not know how old you are but , for a women you are going to hurt you bones, it will really get you when you are older , it will effect you teeth, bones skin, it is going to effect everything on your body. you will age quicker. you need some one to do a computer graphic of you now and show you aging as to how you ate in your lifetime. that would probably scare you into eating right.
