Sometimes it get stuck, it can crush, get dirty, ge sore, remain hard for a long time, wounded by teeth, nails.... too many problems if partner is foolish...

sure it does, if there is not enough natural or artificial lubricant. Hitting areas that are hard, cramps, off angles that stretch members in unique positions.
Many ways for a guy to be hurt :))

Yes - Getting an erection that lasts for hours and not being able to release your sperm can result in long lasting pain afterwards.
