Try this, put the egg in question in a bowl of water enough to cover the egg. If the egg stay on the bottom it is fresh, if it stands up it is stale but can be used, if it floats toss it. I have been raising chickens for years and I learned this early and it has never failed me yet!

If kept in the fridge, 3-7 days. Always check for freshness by cracking 1 up and see if the whites are runny and yolks flat, which means, time to throw those out and buy new ones.

I usually keep eggs for a month. Never even looked at the date....lol And I never get sick or go to the dr. ummmmmmm

For about a week, as long as you keep them in the fridge.

honestly i've had mine for about a month afterwards and have never had any problems with cooking with them. i don't use eggs often, so it is hard for me to ever use them up within that time frame.

for a long long time, just dont use them.
