You can't love eating an apple a day--or a banana--any fruit for a snack. We crave MORE! So how 'bout breaking up the fruit and veggie snacking with a few healthy AND tasty treats.

The link below has 66 recipes that are considered LOW FAT. What I like about the site and the recipes is that each of them has a rating (by those who made them) a prep time, cook time and servings.

Now they're not all snacks, but going through them you could find a few that you would want to try like:

Triple-Berry Refresher

This triple berry refresher makes a great pick-me-up in hot weather or when you are in a hurry and want a quick, delicious dessert snack.

ingredients:

* 1 can (12 fl. oz.) CARNATION Evaporated Milk
* 1 container (6 or 8 oz.) berry-flavored low fat yogurt
* 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
* 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
* 1/2 cup fresh strawberry halves or blackberries
* 2 to 3 tablespoons honey
* 1 tray ice cubes

Directions:
PLACE evaporated milk, yogurt, blueberries, raspberries, strawberries and honey in blender; cover. Blend until smooth. Strain to remove seeds. Serve over ice.

NOTE: For a lighter beverage, CARNATION Evaporated Milk may be substituted with CARNATION Low Fat or Fat Free Evaporated Milk.

Fresh fruit may be substituted with slightly thawed frozen unsweetened or lightly sweetened berries.

Peanut Butter and Celery, if you want you can put some raisins in the peanut butter, and stuff the peanut butter and raisin mixture in the celery.

Another healthy snack is popcorn, don't use butter or salt, if you want to make the popcorn more tasty, you can sprinkle some garlic powder on top, if you like hot flavorings, sprinkle some cayenne pepper on top.

Fresh veges and fruits. But popcorn without button and salt but with olive oil is also a healthy alternative.
