Only if they're frozen waffles! If you're talking about making waffles from scratch, you'll need a wafflemaker.

No, you can't use a sandwich maker because the waffles will end up looking like bread slices instead of having the waffle pattern.

if your talking about a toaster and frozen waffles yes and if your talking about waffles batter and one of those hot sanwhich makers yes . Now if your talking about any other way I don't see it happening productively and could be messy would'nt advise any other way of doing this.

to heat frozen waffles yes, making them yourself you need a Belgium waffle maker. They are not to expensive
