wedding soup!!!
bring to boil water and chicken flavored bullion cubes (a whole jar)
roll tiny meatballs (lots of them) and drop them into broth wait until mostly cooked
next, drop spinach into broth and meatballs (lots of it) dry leaves work the best
then beat several eggs and DRIZZLE into soup...continue boiling until meatballs are all the way done but not long after that because meatballs will burn in seconds if left on too long then the whole soup will be ruined...then in a second pot boil egg noodle pastina (it works the best but if not available then smallest egg noodle you can find) drain and pour into rest of soup. ta da!! serve HOT with croutons (homemade is best...see below) and cubed mozzarella cheese. the soup has to be served hot enough for the cheese to melt in it. it's the best thing you'll ever eat if you can do it right!! there's no measurements because it's all dependent on how many people you're serving...just put enough of everything into have a FULL soup if you know what i mean...
croutons - cut up into cubes several peices of bread and let sit out until hard put in oven for very short time...then dip in beated egg and deep fry then put back in oven for VERY SHORT time (the second oven trip is totally optional depending on how hard you want them to be)
ENJOY!!!
