or if u wanna save money go 2 the super market and get Lipton Side Noodles: Brocoli and Cheese (thats the best one!)

When I was on the Atkins diet, which is similar, I used to love chicken wings that were coated and baked with Parmesan, butter, and oregano. They're incredible.

Well, I am having a jerk turky panini. Leftover jerk turkey, provolone cheese, bread, ranch dressing, veggies.... all smushed together in tinfoil and baked in a 350F oven for 15 minutes. YUM!
