If I remember correctly, Jesus should only return after the anti-Christ has taken over control of the earth and has waged war against the remaining converts until all hope seems lost. But if that's true and it is also true that no one can know when the Apocalypse will occur, then these events will never occur until people forget what leads to the Apocalypse.

I would be ready because of what He has done for me and not because of what I have done for him. He died for my sins and he is not imputing my sins to my account. 2 Corinthians 5:19 To wit, that God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them; and hath committed unto us the word of reconciliation. The body is the only thing that has not been redeemed. Romans 8:23 And not only they, but ourselves also, which have the firstfruits of the Spirit, even we ourselves groan within ourselves, waiting for the adoption, to wit, the redemption of our body. We have been sealed by the Holy Spirit until He comes. Ephesians 4:30 And grieve not the holy Spirit of God, whereby ye are sealed unto the day of redemption.

The focus should be on ones self. Am I ready? Have I lived my life in true accordance with Biblical principles? You'll have 3 surprises when that day comes. You'll be surprised that the people you thought would make it..didn't. The ones you didn't expect to make it...did. You'll probably be surprised that you made it.

I believe Jesus Christ died on the cross and shed his precious Blood so that by believing in Him, I shall have everlasting life.

For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him (Jesus), should not perish, but have everlasting life. John 3:16

If Jesus to to come back today, am I ready? I have been ready since I accepted him as my personal savior, and I have been a God fearing christian since then.

He'd have to be here first before he can "come back" you know. And there is NO evidence for the existence of such a mythological being existing anywhere other than in the pages of a bronze-age book of jewish mythology.
