I'm 23 and living by myself. I'm not a very good or experienced cook but I don't want to continue eating frozen meals and eating out. How can I cook small portions for just myself? Are there any cookbooks out there you'd recommend?

Get Rachel Ray's cook book. Very easy no fuss recipes. I am in culinary school and I even refer to her stuff sometimes.

Cook on!
