Fedor Emelianenko and Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira fought in the finals of the tournament at Pride FC: Final Conflict 2004. It was stopped early on because of the headbut and cut. I was just wondering if they ever had a re-match?

They had a rematch and Nogueira was completely outclassed just like he was in their first fight when Fedor became the champion. In fact the match was similar to the first one. Fedor was dominating in stand up and on the ground. He outboxed Nogueira, got several takedowns and dominated on the floor with ground n' pound. Nogueira was taking a lot of shots but he did manage not to let Fedor knock him out and on the ground he went for several submission holds but Fedor easily escaped them all. In the end it was convincing 3 - 0 decision for Emelianenko just like in the first fight.

Fight 1 - PRIDE 25 - Body Blow
Fedor won 3 - 0 decision

Fight 2 - PRIDE - Final Conflict 2004
No Contest - accidental cut

Fight 3 - PRIDE - Shockwave 2004
Fedor won 3 - 0 decision
