I am a single mom whos children are now grown I found love buy doing the things i was interested in and family oriented fishing, camping exc. I had my last child when i was 20 and it did take awhile to find some one not every guy is ready for an instant family but when i found the right one it lasted for over 10 years we still care for each other but our interest are differant now if you want a guy to like you be upfront about your family let him know how you feel about a relationship and involving your kids not wanting to let them get attached until you konw it is going to work out but for them to become friends.

my wife was 22 had one child a little girl who was about 5 months old when we met. We met at work and really didn't talk much to this day she says she didn't like me she thought I was annoying. Well one evening she stopped after work to have a drink and I ran into her and we spent all night talking. The next day I called her and asked she wanted to go for a walk and we did, but she was upset she had to bring her daughter. She did not want to introduce guys into her daughters life until she knew more about them. Well we got together every single day for about a month and ended up moving in together 6 weeks after that night then got married 2 years after that night and have been married 7 years. We have had two more kids and well I adopted my oldest child.

So the short answer is absolutely just be patient you find someone.

I am a single mother with three children, and I have never been happier since my divorce. I am not in a relationship right now, but I have been asked out by a few seemingly nice men, which I met through co workers, and also a couple friends.
You won't be alone forever if you don't want to be! Just make sure you are careful introducing new men into your childrens' lives....

I can tell you from experience do what you know is right and that is take care of the great kids you were allowed you to borrow and the rest will work out. Your kids are on loan from heaven and when you make them come first you will find happiness you never know. Take care!!

im 28 with a daughter and separated a year now....it is very hard to get back out there and trust people....but it does and will happen....just a suggestion, i have dated several people and the one i am currently seeing now is the only one that has met my daughter....keep the kids out of it until you know he will stick around....it just gets the kids more confused with guys going in and out of their lives....you can still talk about them, show pics of them, whatever....just dont introduce them and do things with every guy....but this is only a suggestion....Hope everything works out for ya and Good Luck!!
