I tried putting oil on my 6 pack and acting like I got out of the shower and a girl asked me why my beer was so oily??? Don't bother trying to seduce her, get to know her instead and it will be worth more in the long haul. If she's not interested, she'll let you know.

my advice to u:
tell your friend FIRST
if he's OK with it
then:
tell her that u like her.
otherwise:
decide which is more important to u his friendship or your crush
if the latter
then:
1 tell the girl that you like her
or
2 try hanging out with your sister some more :D

Hey what you should do is try to help her baby-sit and show her that you can be good with kids and then if she sees that then she would start to like you. After that then start talking to her and also ask your friend to mention some great things about you - Also remember the kid thing because us chicks loves a guy that are good with kids _ Good Luck : )

Leave her a note and a red rose telling her how you feel and that you have had a crush on her for years. Tell her in the note if she is interested in you to meet you somewhere where you two can talk.

This is how I ended up with my BF, he was my brothers best friend and I was 1 year older than him. Show her you really like her and that you are mature...you got to do things out of the ordinary that you know typical guys wont do for her...ask he brother and get tips and let him help you hook both of you up!

She at an age the place it happens, hormone replace or some thing. communicate which contain your gf and ask her to talk to her sister no longer in offended way yet as a sturdy sister. or you're able to do something on your gf sister and ask her to maintain it a secret.
