In mean time boil wide egg-noodles (as directed on package) add to C.O.M. mixture. Stir gently to avoid tearing up the noodles cut meat up add to pot. Season to taste. Serve with a salad & a veggie. You can also put the roast in a crockpot, but you need to use a regular pot when you get to adding the C.O.M. soup. ***DONT add any salt because the soup & soy sauce both are saltly.

there is gulash (or what my family calls gulash) brown some hamburger meat with onions, boil some macaroni noodles....once the meat is browned, stir into it 2 cans stewed tomatos, 2-3 cans tomato sauce (not paste) and a can of corn....my family adds kidney beans but i dont like em so i dont...drain the macaroni, add the meat mixture, stir and eat! another really simple and really cheap meal is to boil some egg noodles, drain and rinse...add 1 can cream of mushroom, 1 can cream of celery, and one can cream of chicken, one large can of tuna, 1 can of corn or peas, stir and eat...it is yummy and will feed lots
