1) Eat less salt
2) Use a diuretic
3) This may sound confusing but drink more water , as this would avoid putting the body on starvation mode and prevent water bloating

The way to rid your body of excess water without taking medications is to do aerobic exercises. But be careful in the summer, especially outside because you don't want to cause a heat stroke. The plastic bag idea was a good one but heed this last suggestion if you indulge. Finally, drink water while doing the aerobics but very moderately not excessive or you will defeat the purpose

There is a hormone in your body called ADH (antidiuretic hormone) and this regulates how much water is stored in your body. If you're not drinking enough water, your body will hold onto what it does get so, daft as it seems, drinking more water (this could include green or herbal teas) will get rid of water. Additionally, if your diet is high in salt, this will also cause the body to retain water (the water follows the salt in the body so where the salt goes, so does the water - it's all to do with diffusion and concentrations of salts).

One good way to remove excess water from your body is to drink a lot of ... water. When you drink a lot of water, your body realizes that there is a good supply and it just uses what it needs, and then passes the rest. If you don't drink a lot of water, your body thinks it has to hold on to a lot of water in reserve, so you can actually retain more water by drinking less of it. Also, something like coffee is a diuretic, which means it purges water from your body.

You don’t need to exercise for hours on end. Short, sharp sets of exercise will produce better results in case you work hard. Get a skipping rope, skip for two a few minutes, do push ups for 1 minute, skip for two minutes, rest for starters minute. Then change the push up to something else like sit ups and also do the set again. Repeat it five times and it’s a fast, effective workout that will recover results than a long function or swim.

Drink more water and avoid sodium. The sodium (salt) will keep the water in your body. Drinking even more water will rid the body of toxins and allow the excess to flush out.

Your body stores water if you are not taking any in at all, or very little. In order to get rid of the excess it is holding, you must drink, drink, drink!!! at least 64oz a day. I know this sounds crazy, but it makes sense if you think about it.
