I have really curly hair but straiteners don't work, is there any way I can straiten it other than a straitener?

My girl uses a ceramic plated flat iron. If you get one, make sure to get one with ceramic plates. A good one will cost you $100 or so...and you shouldn't use it everyday.

You can get that Japanese thermal straightening but it'll cost you a small fortune and damage your hair more than occassional use of a flat iron.

I wouldn't get a perm. One time I did that and the chemicals burnt my hair right in the front and it took years to grow out and was really annoying. I also wouldn't use a straightener unless it's an ionic one. Ionic ones work by the bonding of ions and are much healthier for your hair- you don't want to fry it. Since you have really curly hair, you would need a nice ionic one like the Chi which is really expensive and up to you to buy.

go buy a CHI straightener! they work REALLLLY good, takes about 2 minutes to heat up too! when you get out of the shower, blow dry your hair, but Biosilk silk therapy in your hair(not to much though), then pull all of your hair up with a clippie except for the very back layer, and straighten it in layers. take only a LITTLE hunk of hair out of the clippie at a time. it will stay straight allll day even if it rains!

I have kinda wavy hair and I had a chemical product applied to my hair that straightened it, it is called CHI and and had it done around 3 months ago and it's still straight, shiny and healthy.
It's the only thing that has worked for me

Go get it blown-out strait at a beauty salon. I would think curly hair is way nicer than strait hair curly hair tells you that you are a fun person.

Flat irons are the best and if you use the right conditioners and heat protection its not to bad for your hair. The key is not to go cheap on one . The good ones are at least $150.00.

I use cocunut oil for my roots, then take pieces of your hair and blow it out then repeat with a straightner...also make sure you cut your ends as soon as you see them drying up
