Probably because they don't brush their teeth and they blame it on that. Or they worry that the person they are telling is drinking too much. Water rocks!!!

Okay, i just called the Gatorade Company (up in Chicago, IL) the person that who took my call i asked her the question that you wrote, she told me that there were no complaints about any product that would give people problems like staining teeth etc,. She also said that the makers add dye to put the coloring and the flavor into it to get its taste. If you do not believe me you can always call the # : Below

anything with natural pigments will stain your teeth. To my knowledge gatorade doesnt stain your teeth. It might make your tongue blue for a 30 minutes but no permanent stains... Teas and coffees do stain your teeth.

Gatorade does not stain your teeth. Gatorde and other energy drinks has the same amount of sugar and other such things in it than soda and other fruit drinks. Maybe even less.

My husband LIVES on Grape Gatorade. It has not stained his teeth. Maybe the ones who complain about that don't brush their teeth.
