No fruits or veggies? How about baloney? If you are really hungry then even fruits and veggies will look good.
Try a soup, especially with a breadbowl, extra filling that is. But then good soups have vegetables and the bread came from plants too. Peanut butter and crackers is what I use for a snack (which sounds good to me right now).

well... if you change your mind, you can try vegetables, with vegetable dip. its sooo good :)
