These are some of my Truths as I perceive them today. I have read many spiritual, religious and scientific books to come to these beliefs. I am, and have, voiced them in all sorts of venues. I am voicing some of them here inorder to open a door of intercourse. Peace and Love.

I believe in the "Big Bang"
I belive in "God" as the instrumental force in that happening.
I believe All religions are right.
I believe that mans awareness comes from the Creator.
I believe mans continued creativity comes directly from God's Love for us His "children".
I believe, that as children of our Creator we should treat each other with Love and Respect.
I believe we should all learn whatever Truths we need to know without being judged right or wrong.
I believe that Our Father has shown us His ability to evolve life any way He wants, that's why He's God and I am not.

First, I think most of what you say is wonderful and open minded. However, I believe you attribute random acts to God because you don't understand them fully.

The big bang, evolution, creation of life...we don't know much about them, so you can't really tell yet what God did/what happened by pure chance.
Strong evidence shows that early life formed from random collisions of protein strands which formed RNA, which then formed DNA, which evovled into Cells, and after a while Cells learned to reproduce and be multi-cellular, and the rest is history.

So, I mean, how can you say God did something if you aren't really sure what IT is?

People always attribute unknown science to "god," and I think that's wrong. Maybe there's a god and a heaven, and if there is I think I'll get in despite being ignostic. Why? Because I'm a good caring person who loves life and freedom and other such nice things. I say please and thank you, I respect others (usually...I'm not perfect) and I TRY to be a good human being. That is what puts me above so many religious types who claim they are going to heaven because their religion is perfect....and then go fight wars or disown gay children or rape people or murder people etc.

So, live life as a good person, and if there's a heaven I can't imagine God would boot you for being the wrong religion, yah? And if there is no afterlife, and least you are a good person, and you have my appreciation.

I agree with just about everything you have said here. I don't believe that creationism and evolution are mutually exclusive. Proponents of neither have disproven the other.

My definition of God is the formless, genderless, omnipotent energy source of all life. I believe that God is actually the process of all life, rather than a being, or more specifically, an old man with a grey beard sitting in a throne somewhere judging us.

Otherwise, our beliefs are very similar. And there's nothing wrong with voicing them, since all manner of opinions and beliefs are voice on this forum. You just have to be prepared for the feedback, whether or not it's what you want to hear.

Oh, you're one of THEM...

'God make the big bang so now that should please the scientific community, atheists, and non-believers alike.' How original!

If you have ANY moral code it should be that you should treat others as you want to be treated, -regardless of religious affiliation or atheism. That's it. It's simple and to the point. Don't force your beliefs, hallucinations, or whatever upon the rest of us!

Quack!

your logic is all fuc*ked up. people of god don't believe in big bang theory. And the word "evolve" shouldn't be in your vocabulary. I think you've been hearing too many sides of the story and mixed them all together to find a politically correct religion to believe in. Not gonna happen. nice try though.

I agree with you...I believe God created evolution as well...why is that concept so hard to grasp...and yes...all religions are the right religion...all avenues of faith lead to God as I always say...except for satanism I suppose...
