the salvage title generally cuts the value in half - but who else knows that? Ask $4800...you can always go down...

A rebuilt title or salvage title will affect the value greatly.......I assume you are selling the car yourself, so lookup the value on any of the used auto websites and subtract at least a third of the value you are quoted. Also, I believe that most states require that you inform propective buyers that is has a rebuilt title before the agreement to buy.

Check Kelly Blue Book on line. That would be the wholesale value. Then add $ 500.00. Another way would be to call a Saturn Dealer. They will also give you info.

4800 should be fine but you will ahve to be willing to negotiate on the price because dependant upon the area in which you live it might raise or lower the value of the car as it does with classic cars

Might be. I know 4800 would be fine if it wasn't rebuilt, but with a rebuild, it might lower the value.

Saturns suck in general I wouldn't pay a DIME for one so yes any amount of money is too much.

Sounds high, why the rebuilt title? Do you mean it was totaled?
