I used to have great abs then a summer of partying caused them to go to hell.....how do i get em back?

i used to work at a gym as a fitness instructor and now i work in a hospital in administration so its a bummer!

Try using the stairs and the bicycle instead of the elevator or escalator and the car.
Eat more proteins and complex carbohydrates.
Drink juice or water instead of soda.
You could exercise also.
I like to exercise at a gym because the other people there inspire me.

You need to workout. Spot training will only work for a while! You need to avoid fatty foods and eat a lot of protein to help build muscle

run. everyone has great abs. the only reason you don't see it is because of all da belly fat over it. so run and lose weight and you'll be aight.
