I'm a guy but i want to answer this for you.
It's a first crush like you said. To a first crush you are always attached. You need to realize it's one person. I hate that saying "There's more fish in the sea" but there are millions of guys out there. You just need to try to move on. Take your mind off of him as much as possible. I think it is good to think about him a little bit to allow you to get over him and see that you can be happy with out him. You didn't have anything serious so in reality your not losing anything. Live your life and someone else will come into your world.
