Thanks everyone, I find a previous answer - www.allrecipes.com. You can enter up to 4 ingrediants of what you want and also 4 ingrediants of what you don't want and the site will return recipes to review.

At allrecipes.com, they have a search function where you can type in ingredients you do and don't want to find recipes.
