what is a good way to lose that amount of weight in a short period of time? i wouldnt even mind just losing 10 pounds i would like to be down to 105 but any where between 105-115 is good for it.. whats a good way??

Exercise, eat healthy, eat smaller portions, consume fewer calories than you burn. These will help you lose weight. Doctors recommend losing 2 lbs a week, so if you want to lose that much weight, expect it to take 7-10 weeks.

well i'm 5"1 as well & I'm 16, i was 115 now i'm 110 pounds, well exercizing wud be best policy to loose weight, trust me it works, exercise for 1 hour every day, watch what u eat, cut down foods, don't starve urself but eat healthy amount, focus on the parts u need to loose weight & work on those parts separately, loose weight in all the parts where u need to loose weight

Hi! I started the Weight Watchers Diet last week, and I lost 5.5 already! I can eat whatever, just small portions, and I exercise about 3 days a week! Good Luck!!

125 is pry a good weight for that height but drinking lots of water and replacing fruits/vegetables for snacks should do it...and elimnating all pop and anything where the second ingredient is sugar or corn syrup...

I've had success with WEIGHT WATCHER'S Core diet

I've lost 27 pounds since Feb 9th and have kept it off... plus survived 2 vacations!

you might want to give it a try.

Exercise, exercise. There is no magic pill. If you put your mind to it you can do it. Keep a record of everything you eat and make sure you don't go over the limit.

dont even try and lose wieght your a good sizes as it is. im sure you look hott

eat healthier and excercise - but to warn you, excercise might burn fat and gain you muscle, and muscle weighs more than fat, but you'll look trimmer
