i guess... yea sure but...!!! you need to plug the usb cord into the usb port found on a (mac) in the back or side. (pc)/(xp) on the back or front. on a (laptop) on the side or back. thats all i know oh and plug the power cord in a power outlit

No, the mobile phone does not have such a feature. And if any mobile phone does have such feature, would you risk such an expensive mobile for video conferencing?
