I assume that you are referring to the doctrine of reincarnation. You have had only one life---the one that you are now living. If you have had perceptions of past lives, then the devil is playing tricks with your mind. I am very familiar with the doctrine of reincarnation and I see no validity in it.

Meditation or you could go to one of those psychics that read into your past lives, my mom did it and she said it was the most incredible thing.
