Take her to dinner to her favorite restaurant, and as a gift, get her something that she loved when she was a child or a teenager, like her favorite book, or her favorite board game, or take her to her favorite places with diferent kind of surprises, like where u first met, or the place where it was your first date, i think she will appreciate it and love it.
