Not in any reasonable sense. I mean, you could go down (so to speak) a whole list of sexual activities that aren't vaginal penetration by a penis and still technically be a virgin. But the emotions that come from having your first sexual experience are given away only once. So emotionally you would not be a virgin.
A friend of mine uses duct tape and a hairy arm or leg to demonstrate the bond that forms in a sexual relationship (ANY sexual activity). The first time you use the tape, it bonds really well. But separating it HURTS, and the next time you use it, it doesn't bond as well.
The same thing with sex partners. You'll never feel quite the same with your 2nd, 3rd, etc as you do with your first. Good reason to stay a virgin until you really know you've found your life partner.
I'm lucky, I married (at 22) the girl that got my cherry, and I got hers. We did it before we were married, that's true, but we'd been together a long time before we did. We each have been unfaithful with one other person, and it did put a huge dent in our relationship. I think most people would prefer a virgin over a non-virgin, to make that bond that is unique. That said, if you've already lost your virginity, you can always decide to stop now and wait for the right partner.
So girls, please don't think that all those bjs and hjs keep your virginity intact. If you're giving it out like candy, you're acting like a slut, so cut it out and wait for the right guy. You don't win a GOOD guy by being a sleaze. But when you get the right guy for you, forever, and THEN have sex...watch out! It can be awesome.

Not really, she may still have her hymen intact, but as far as i am concerned you lost your virginity with any type of penetration from someone other than yourself or fingers.

Technically, yes she is a virgin. You lose your virginity through vaginal penetration that breaks the hymen.
